'‘I spent over 20 years servicing and repairing cars, until a good friend convinced me to join him in building one, and testing it at an FIA-certified F1 track, and showing it at the Middle East’s largest motor show.
In parallel I led a successful academic career, studying automotive engineering and materials engineering at undergraduate level, before gaining a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Transportation Safety and Injury Reduction. At the post-doctoral level I prototyped, engineered and built a device to improve pregnant women’s safety in cars, and coordinated EU-level projects on transport safety, as well as worked as an observer and investigator on hundreds of in-depth vehicle collisions.'‘
